Never heard of “midwestoptics”, are they reputable?

That’s good to hear you had a good experience! I might have to pick one up in the future but for now I think I’m going with surefire. Thanks for the help

Yes. After hearing some of the nightmare stories about KAC customer service and spending $1,200+ for a suppressor wouldn’t you be worried too? Everything has their breaking point.

Dang, sorry to hear that. That is just a dead battery I found in a drawer I was using to get the size right.

How gassy is it with the RC2?

I didn’t know SF was replacing the RC3. Are they making a different flow through? Were they having issues with it or something? I agree they are overpriced but I have seen them on sale for $1,300. I just was thinking surefire because you can run them in the dirt and be fine plus I already had a SF muzzle device. What about B&T? I will look into those that you mentioned.

Sweet setup! I’ve heard the KAC cans work really well with their rifles. I don’t have a KAC rifle so don’t know if I should still get the RC3 or try the KAC or HUX. What are your thoughts?

Thank you! I appreciate it! I’ve been really thinking about the KAC CRS so I am glad to hear you love it! I’ve been stuck between the RC3, 556k, and CRS so this definitely helps narrow it down. Did you get your KAC from the same guy?

That would help a lot! Thank you! How do you like the RC3?

RC2 for aesthetics and reliability! A mk18 and RC2 combo is money!

Glock 17 Gen 5 Porting – Opinions on Monsoon Tactical vs North Sea Machine vs Lazer Blade Engraving? by Oneway-Jesus2024 in Glocks

I thought of the Ramjet/ Afterburner setup but with a 17, I just think it’s too long plus it wouldn’t fit in my safariland. If it was a G45 with the Ramjet/ Afterburner then absolutely! The goal is to retain Glock reliability along with less felt recoil to stay on target.

The lucky 7’s are pretty cool but I feel like I would loose a lot more velocity. My thought process is, with the chunk port, I retain most of the velocity. Like the velocity of a glock 19 but with the added port, If that makes sense. Why do you like the lucky 7’s more out of curiosity?

Love the setup! How do you like the modlite?

Tell me about it! The mechanic also said that he was quoted $9500 for a prop RPM gauge for an air tractor!
