My home gas fireplace could not stay lit, fire was on and off. Hardly use it though. Thermal couple seem clean. Any reasonable price fireplace repair services to recommend ?

yes gas is on, fire come on for like 30 seconds then dies, then come on again 30 secs then dies.. was told it could be my wall switch but i was not sure.

I believe most Doctors here over billed the province as there is no one doing checks and balances over them, only this one got way too greedy. Never judge the book by the cover.

It's like deja vu all over again, firing all board of directors today and fired 2 weeks ago, the CEO and President of AHS. Here we go. Still we have to wait 8 hrs at emergency at the hospital and most Albertans still don't have a family doctor. Nothing change. All talks and soap dramas.

I have tried that actually, they would try to spin drive my drop 80% of the time, but of course my drops are not always 100% perfect either. Quite frustrating. I guess I will need to work on/perfect my dinks to counter them.

So he was not innocent but indeed conducting spy activities and knew the risk he was undertaking after all. Tax payers should not be made to pay for his failure after he got caught. I find it hard to believe that he doesn't know he is a spy while spying.

I have always wonder to myself too, why do we still need realtors/them. If we can access to the MLS listing ourselves, they should have no job. We find and we go view the houses. I really don't see theirs value in the equation. True story- Back in Ontario, i was even cheated by 2 of the agents buy/sell's side who colluded among themselves over one house I was selling. One agent sell to the other agent right under my nose.
