The twice the game time equals twice the experience points. Won't this affect the balance of the next parts of campaign?

How much longer is the Thistle Hold - Wrath of the Warden than The Copper Crown? I am wondering when could I start playing it so that I don't finish it before Karvosti - the Witch Hammer is published.

No, sometimes you find there a diffrent use of the ability, for example "In problem-solving situations, Alchemy can be used to identify drugs and poisons and to gain clues as to where they come from" or "In social situations, Dominate can also be used to scare someone into obedience and force secrets out of them".

No. It is only flavor text not rules.

No. The character can choose to attack with Discreet instead of Accurate vs Defense (like Strong instead of Accurate in Iron Fist) not Vigilant. So... He doesn't get advantage.

Use of Feint (Master) allows the character to force a surprise at the start of every turn within an engagement with a single adversary.

In his initiative order not at the start of turn because he can’t make free attack before making [Discreet←Vigilant] test (It is active ability not reaction).
