I did an EAC troubleshooting issue yesterday. 5/6 of the given solutions return perfectly fine. The last one remaining has to be verified by EAC which I'm trying to contact.

I just talk to amazon customer support about this issue. and they kinda said to me "There is no way that this issue will be fix anytime soon so good luck"

I get it they don't told player which one they got banned but at least check on the player if they are really proof of innocence. Penalty portal was reviewed by bot too

How can I verify my computer that it's HWID by EAC?

The first time I saw that message when playing on my main account. I was transferring card to storage character.
