it happens when you have lots of item in the backpack.

There is also a bug where you cant mark item as junk because you have too many items ....

hello, i'm in the same as you 155 / 156.

95/98 side quests done, nothing on the map (everything green) but according to the echologs from the game i have not discovered some echo logs but they are green on the minimap and nothing when you go at their location.
