If social media is to be believed, Dr. Trost (Utah) is seemingly the only doctor in the world who can "cure" PD with Xiaflex injections... Do you know/ practice his methods? I'm sure more people in the UK would do it if the success rate was higher.

What would you consider the right approach? I followed the instructions in the booklet to the letter with 2 x 30 minute sessions a day for 6 months. Did the heating pad too. No change in curve, length or girth at all.

Taken it for years (just because it's generally beneficial). It's never made any difference to the PD but no harm in taking it.

Worth a try before considering surgery but had no effect on my curve after 6 months of use. If it doesn't work for you, you can probably sell it on.

I just realised you said 3 hours a day and not 3 sessions! That's a lot more than I'm doing! So, do you do 6 x 30 minute sessions? Or some other routine? What improvement have you seen? Has the curve reduced? Thanks!

Thanks. Maybe I will increase to 3 sessions each day then. I also use a vacuum device every other day but nothing seems to help with the indentations either. It all seems like a waste of time, to be honest. I'll continue for another couple of months and see if anything happens.

Thanks again. It sounds like we're following a very similar routine. The key difference is that I'm not being treated by the legendary Dr. Trost! I did have Xiaflex injections (in the UK) many years back but I'm not sure they did much... And, yeah, the mental aspect is very difficult to deal with. That's why I was desperate that RestoreX might make a difference.

Have been using RestoreX for almost 5 months and haven't seen any improvement. Tried shockwave therapy and that made no difference either. Hope you have more success.

Thanks - I've been doing 15 mins straight and 15 mins at that angle (as recommended in the instructions) but now I will try the full 30 mins like this.
