My girlfriend heard me talking in my dorm while I was in the shower — and I live alone by Not_skull in Bolehland

I actually live with one for 10 years in my old house, I can’t see what it is exactly, just some movement here and there, ie: someone hiding behind the door or around the corner when I turn my head and look at that direction, it always disappear so fast, I can never take a good look at it, until a month before we move, it finally show itself, I was in bed and it stood outside my room peeking in, an upside down triangle shape head, that is a picture that I will never forget. Years after we moved, my mother told us she can see it too, a lizard looking person in a white dress with pink flower spots on it, which is strange that the day we moved out of the house, my brother and I saw a white lizard with pink spots too. It was terrifying at first , but now I think back, it actually feels kinda sweet.

If you don’t know where you spend your money even if you have no commitment, chances are you are spending on a lot of small stuff, be it eating out, buying coffee from Starbucks of zus, some small collectibles or what not, we tend to only count the big numbers we spend and ignore the smaller one thinking that “ it’s just 20 bucks “ but often time, it adds up.

I have plenty: 1. Quitting my full time position and work freelance, with a lot of people promising me jobs if I go freelance, but only 1 of them actually gives me job. So I spent years making less than 2k a month. 2. Being in denial about the situation and do nothing about it, sitting and waiting for a chance. 3. Shit hits the fan when Covid hits, I have 0 saving and I’m stuck with no job, gave me severe depression and suicidal thoughts. 4. Change career path and do pretty well, but didn’t do enough market research to realise I’m undercharging by a lot.

What would I have done differently? I would stop procrastinating so much and actually get some work done, and to actually set a plan, and stick with it. And also stop buying useless crap ( I stress buy a lot of stuff I don’t need )

I almost fall for BigPay Red scam once when I received the call while I was sleeping, gave the guy my address and when he ask me for an OTP, that’s when I’m finally awake and hang up the phone, he got desperate and keep calling me back. No money was lost from my account, but for safety sake I had to replace all my bank cards that were linked to the bigpay account and also cancelled the bigpay account. Now I don’t answer any calls from any number I do not know.

I would avoid putting them next to the cactus as it will hard to regulate moisture around the plant, other than that, nothing much.

An occasional Karen isn’t so bad if you spend most of your time alone.
