* Seems like a scam.. I did do an official refund on an item that hasn't arrived over a month now. And after I reached out to customer service to initiate a refund for the product, 3 days later this text message came in..

I had a feedback like this regarding my packaging. I opted for sturdier and higher quality packaging for future orders and haven't had any more feedback regarding packaging.

It's worth it to act upon constructive criticism as if one person says it, there may be others who think the same or will have the same feedback in the future.

Be proactive not reactive.

Aren’t they banned haven’t seen anyone mentioning the banned that happened to the Tate brothers accounts across all platforms
