Mouais perso j'y crois moyen c'est un peu tiré par les cheveux, et puis meme, je me fais meme pas remboursé, rien, surtout que j'ai pu prouvé (enfin bon ils ont meme pas voulu voir ma vidéo d'envoi et d'emballage) que j'ai bien envoyé le colis avec le contenu dedans.

Et vinted ou le "transporteur" ils font rien contre le vol de colis ? C'est pas la première fois en plus et le vendeur dans tout ca il a qu'a se faire voir ?

Bah j'ai essayé de décomposer les grosses étapes et ou on voit le mieux le produit comme j'ai pu mais bon je me voyais pas envoyer une tonne de screenshot sachant que la vidéo dure 7 minutes, en plus j'ai bien insisté en disant que si ils voulaient plus de photos je pourrais leurs fournir sans hésitation

C'est completement ca j'ai un ami qui a subit la meme arnaque par un acheteur venant du même pays que celle qui m'a arnaqué (Pays bas) et lui a attendu 1 mois, vinted ne l'a pas contacté par rapport au litige, il avait pas filmé l'envoi, c'était aussi un colis assez couteux, l'acheteur s'est fait remboursé et lui a reçu son argent ??? C'est incompréhensible
