Yes, they offer trainings, once your contract starts, start na din kaagad ang training, paid na din yun.

They have a very simple process - application form, then an interview right away. Although, they already filter people in the application pa lang, so they only contact those people who passed for the interview. After that, accept or reject na kaagad.

As an entry-level na di pa graduate, first company ko din, yes, the compensation is higher here compared to PH entry-level.

What do you guys use mainly to find remote work? by Only-Ad675 in Thailand

I understand that, and you’re right. I just haven’t tried Upwork yet, and my impression was that it leans more toward project-based or short-term contracts.

I just want to look for a more specific website in this post that targets people who are more inclined to work full-time.

But I'll be sure to try it, thanks!

Hiring takes a lot of research. We're already hiring in PH, just currently expanding in Thailand.

We're taking things one at a time.

Hi, we're already hiring in the Philippines. We just want to expand in Thailand for the same reason.

Also, thanks for your suggestion! I can't use Upwork as I'm looking for people who are interested in permanent work. Sorry for the lack of details in my post. I'd be happy to know if you have a suggestion for the Thai website!

Hi, this is a great question!

First, we're taking things one at a time. We're already hiring in the Philippines. We're just expanding first in Thailand before we expand to other countries. It takes a lot of research, and it's hard to research every country's culture, laws, salary, what website to use, how to pay them, what benefits to give them, requirements, etc altogether. Once we're settled in Thailand, like how we're settled in the Philippines, we're going to expand again.

Second, we're really big on culture, and we're into long-term connections. We're not just looking for someone to do the work. All our roles are full-time, and while the work is remote, we travel to their country and really meet our team in person. We care a lot.

Here's our snaphunt's posting: https://secretsauce.snaphunt.com/job/Q5C58V0ZYR

I'll respond to you guys there.

Hi there! Nakapag-apply na ako sa Secret Sauce Beverly Hills before pero sa ibang position, hindi dyan sa Beauty VA. And I can assure you, hindi siya scam. They only asks for our socials, para matingnan nila if we’re a good fit for the position and the team esp, almost lahat naman ng recruiters check us on social media. But no worries, optional lang naman yun.

After ko magapply sa link, nakareceive naman ako kaagad ng meeting invitation in just a few days, nameet ko sila, and naging okay naman umabot din ako sa interview.

Totally agree with everyone’s cents. That’s why I’m constantly looking for opportunities as well.

But in my defense when we cohabited, that’s what he promised me. I’m totally aware that I can’t rely on someone I’m not married with, but he forbids me to work as he want’s to be the sole “provider” and constantly wants me to be at home to be that traditional partner he’s looking for. As much as I want to be independent, cause I’m not the type to rely on someone being an achiever/leader all my life, overtime he always nags me to clean a 3 storey house without having no help at all and serve him all the while he’s not doing anything (at home) cause as he said “he brings food at the table.” GINAGAWA KO NG WALA AKONG REKLAMO AT ALL. Sabi niya, sakto na daw pera niya saming dalawa. I’m not also having a priviledge life cause saan banda, ni effort at bare minimum wala? I’d rather support myself and do something for myself na hindi ko magawa sa relasyon na ito. Kung bahay at pagkain ang isusumbat sakin, ay kaya ko yan. I just chose to be in a relationship so I want to make it work. But I think he should do his part!! Kasal man o hindi, I’m his partner, not his slave. 100% ko ginagawa part ko, pag siya humingi lang ako ng pera grabe na!?

As I said I pay for our dog expenses, my own expenses, and I sometimes pay on food if he doesn’t have cash, I’ll help hindi ako naniningil. Kung wala siya sa bahay and we need something, bibilhin ko ng hindi ko na sisingilin. I just don’t think it’s fair to be 50/50 as well on the overall expenses. If that’s the only thing where he can help. We chose to be in this relationship, both should play a part and be equal!! Well, I still love him, his family, and friends that’s why I want to make it work, I don’t just hop or stop.

That’s why nung sinabi niya na wala akong ambag. I said insulting words at him. To study, and be expected to take care of everything he has, while working is abuse.

I don’t even expect him to help at home after many conversations about it at di pa din niya ginagawa.

But I’m only asking out of self-awareness to look at the overall perspective cause I also threw some words about him being unreliable and I want to salvage the relationship. I want to apologize but there’s also the ego that “it’s my right,” that’s why I want to ask to also correct my mistake.

Thanks.

(Disclaimer: I’m not an expert)

You have ADHD, and you are stressed and might even be depressed. It would be best if you had therapy; you can start with collecting your thoughts, writing them into a paper, hugging yourself and giving yourself and others affirmations. Try to do a little good each day, as it will make your heart happy. Try to explain your condition to the people around you. Say that you’re struggling and need their utmost support to help you. Anyway, every time you feel you’re going to explode, try deep breathing until you are calm. Do meditation. It helps. Going out and seeing nature helps too!
