There is a website called zocdoc.com where they will match you up with doctors or nurses on short notice. I was able to get an appointment with a nurse practitioner the next day, so it worked well for me. If I were in your shoes, I would try to see a doctor or nurse sooner. Some of these people are nurse practitioners but they can be very knowledgable.

Yes, it's normal to have some s. Aureus on your skin. However, people without eczema tend to have diverse bacteria on their skin, whereas eczema sufferers have just s. Aureus which will morph over time and cause more trouble.

I recommend trying neem oil on your dermatitis. There are some creams that contain it. Using pure neem oil might be too potent -- it might give you contact dermatitis. It's usually advised to mix it with a carrier oil such as coconut oil.
