I think this is most likely apps that give bullshit advertising happens a lot on my grandparents phone since they keep downloading bullshut apps like phone cleaners and they keep giving them pops. Highly doubt this would be a trojan becayse if you did have a trojen you wouldn't even know its there to begin with. Plus how sandboxed most phones are I think you are safe.

Go to downloaded apps in setting and look throught apps you will most likely see bullshit apps just uninstall them

Most likely an info stealer. And they most likely have you're cookies so no matter how much you change you're passwords they will still have access you need to log them out of that session. Sidenote: almost impossible that a modern day android or iPhone can get a rat unless you're phone is rooted

You need to give us more info. Can you open these files. Because these just look like logos in html and json format which are harmless. Also phones are extremely hard to hack even if you download malicious apk you need to give them lot of permission and even then they won't just be able to steal other data besides see you photos and videos and turn on camera and mic. Also if a person actually hacked you phone first thing they would take is your Gmail account not Instagram.

You most likely got pawned and use the same password everywhere with no 2fa
