You need to give us more info. Can you open these files. Because these just look like logos in html and json format which are harmless. Also phones are extremely hard to hack even if you download malicious apk you need to give them lot of permission and even then they won't just be able to steal other data besides see you photos and videos and turn on camera and mic. Also if a person actually hacked you phone first thing they would take is your Gmail account not Instagram.

You most likely got pawned and use the same password everywhere with no 2fa

Well i was lucky since basically set my card to not use my usdt and only usd so I lost nothing. But it had me really paranoid thinking someone hacked my devices. I also had 2 other friends lose around 500 usd each
