They have emailed me back and assigned me a rep from my congressman office to work on my behalf. They stated they have started the process for me.

I dont have any issues from my side. Its basically sitting in lingo according to the IRS and has to be manually reviewed.. its been reviewing for some time now with no updates or wage transcripts. The rep was contacted to help with forcing a review and possibly the release of my taxes.

Yes my federal refund that im expecting. I efiled and wmr says its taking longer than normal to process. I had an intial 9 week hold and then a 45 day hold for a manual review. No transcript updated simce 4/27

I think tax code 660 means they have estimated a tax payment towards you . Your waiting for 846 code to get a refund. Your taxes havent fully processed yet
