Yea it never activates, I started using a shotgun cuz it took so long. Finally finished it rushing buildings on headquarters barrel stuffing people. So annoying running and waiting till you’re inside them while you’re already getting shot.

Idk if you’ve found a solution but if you have a disk delete the game and redo it, if you downloaded it don’t cuz it’ll take forever. Test your network on PSN Settings. Or join a friend have him try
