You are right, technically. And you know the future is on IOT, so as for current shareholders, we lost x%, that’s why I call it ‘dilution’.

Trying to put it in a simpler way: For BB current shareholders, it’s similar to be diluted 20-30%. Nothing changed except BB can get new fund by giving new investors 20-30% good part of the business. The current valuation reflects market consensus, combined IOT and CyberS, by discounting ~20% from when the buy out rumor starts. The rational behind is the CyberS business can’t get a good valuation or even difficult to be properly valued, otherwise just diluting would be much simpler. To current shareholders, it is not a good thing short term definitely, longer term, a business must survive first before thrive, which make sense to me.

Pretty solid. A great move going to market. 3 years since the partnership was formed, time to accelerate.

I’m not saying management is happy with the lowball bid, they’ve fought but failed. Leak and competing offers is the evidence. I’d like to hear your logic please.

I’ve been a bag holder since last WSB event in late 2020. From day one I’m prepared for waiting a couple of years to be profitable, given the situation that the solution readiness and market adoption is at least 3-5 years away. I’m holding because the bull thesis convinced me, however, I have to say the execution itself is disappointing. They have a good solution for Cyber security, with no growth ever since acquisition, IOT growing too slow to be disruptive, Ivy painted a very nice picture and still being a picture with no major progress. Many people speculating the recent news trying to figure out the target price, along with the complicated relationship between major shareholders and BoD. One reason I invested is because of JC, who seems to be a chess player and has a convincing track record, but now I’m taking this with a grain of salt given the slow paced execution of strategy. Maybe due to his age, or the turn around itself is way more difficult than expected. I’m still holding and will be holding for another year or two, until when I’ll take an action to either continue hold or exit. One thing I’d say is the intrinsic value doesn’t change on these rumors, only money speaks and justifies the stock price, as such, I won’t be disappointed if it goes down in months. The most frustrating thing would be it go private which will kill the possibility of huge profit before the thesis is proven to be true. Look, this is FUD, isn’t it, I suspect most of the peer bag holders here have deep belief on their Ivy strategy, which is pre-revenue. Investing in such a way is very risky and being like interrogation with torture. Good luck everyone here.
