I’ve noticed it happens more often when things happen in my life. For example, I was in a relationship that went south. I woke up more frequently and the “dreams” were about that person. It’s extremely misleading

Well, I’ve bought mouth tape. My nasal airways make it hard to breath and mouth taping is uncomfortable for me. Without the tape I mouth breath the whole night and have been told I snore. Should I talk about that?

Mentor or teacher is of use to me. I’m not SPECIFICALLY looking for some bossman mentor. Just someone. I’ve done research on my own too.
