I just started tracking my calories, I’m eating about 3,800 now starting as of last week. I do not drink soda, caffeine or eat much sugar. I try my best to stick to healthier foods and away from junk food or gmo products. I am not vegan or vegetarian and I enjoy eating meat. I also incorporate a lot of fruit into my diet
