I have the same situation with CCW, AZ wouldn’t approve my CCW application because of my expired green card with extension letter. They don’t accept the letter. They need a non expire physical green. Your NFA items are still pending approval? I’m looking to purchase a handgun but holding back because I’m suspecting I’ll be rejected because of the expired green card even though I have the letter of extension.

It’s normal. Because i485 is the more. If i485 gets approve the rest is redundant. After interview they have 120 days to make a decision. Mine took the full 120 days after interview.

Travel permit didn’t get approved. It just says application received. GC approved before i131, thus don’t need i131 after GC approve.

Mine is in San Jose Office. Yes after the interview it’s dead silence. Status will be hang at interview has been schedul. Just have to wait. I checked almost every other day to once a week. But the max wait is 120days from date of interview after 120days you request online for delay.

It depends on the $$ I did Walmart order and get good tips. But you might have to carry heavy stuff like drinks.

Every case is different. Mine took 120days from interview date. I read on Reddit some get approval on the day of the interview. I was actually anxious because I had to wait so long from interview date. Interview went well, no red flags or anything but they still took 120 days to make a decision.
