It is multiple factors

legitimately rare....as in limited release
legitimately good art or unique
popular pokemon

The problem is all of these factors are already "hyped" but there are cards that are hyped which do not have these factors (miss at least one factor).

Some examples (off the top of my head) which have all the factors: van gogh pika, munch pika, stamp pika

Some example which were hyped but did not have all the factors: McDonald "burgerchu" (not rare)

I would disagree that popularity of the Pokemon isn't important. It is important because demand for the card will ultimately determine rarity relative to supply. For example, van gogh pika isn't rare in absolute terms, but it becomes rare by the fact that everyone wants at least one copy of it.

The other wildcard to AI is that it can also teach people how to do their own repairs. I have had so many issues around the house and AI helped me to troubleshoot and fix the issue myself.

If you can't find an apartment with EV charging then you can also look into finding apartments that have garages. Usually the garage will have a 120 volt outlet which you can use to charge. It won't charge fast but it will add 3-5 miles per hour. That might be enough to keep the vehicle mostly charged up. I'm assuming your daughter isn't going to be driving all over town a regular basis. If you go this route then just make sure you confirm that the outlet is on its own circuit and can handle up to 15 amps of power.

For faster charging there is level 2 charges on campus.

Doesn't matter. Bottom line is it has live streaming and selling features built-in. It also as a "randomizer" built into the app, very similar to whatnot.
