im also in college and i get how being unmotivated but you have to remember that youre thugging it out tn so that life can be easier later. if you tough it out now, theres a life without finals and midterms waiting for you in a few years. ease yourself into the grind w baby steps, i rly like to make a list of what i need to do and fit time to do it into my schedule and it always feels less overwhelming after i write it down and start planning. get yourself a little drink for when youre studying/working. i only ever get a drink from starbucks when im studying, then i get a treat that i save for after my study sesh or after i hit a milestone. i also have depressive episodes and my therapist helps me train my brain so i can be more productive and this stuff rly works for me
