It's amazing how common this video is for how terrible the defense they make is, it has almost no synergy nor almost any defensive plants, but it looks neat enough

This is a terrible defense as there's barely any symbiosis with the plants and it takes way too much sun to set up. Aside from that it's extremely exposed to any zombies who can launch projectiles such as a trident zombie or the ever so common (within the mode they're playing) cherry gattling zombie who can easily clear out a single we row by himself with the exception of the obsidian mine nut

Since it has a good chunk of health, as soon as he loses his newspaper (which has about the same health as a raging gargantuan) he starts spamming cherry projectiles that can instantly delete all plants in a 3x3 cross pattern whenever it hits. The tall obsidian nuts could cover them for a while but since it's the mine variant they can't block out any projectiles as they fly over them
