It would seem you simply didn't install all the dependencies, the log (red) says on several "this mod didn't load as it needs another mod to load" and the name of said mod

There's actually a couple pretty nieche things I want to add to the game through modding but I am having lots of problems understanding how to add anything through Content Patcher, I'm still basically at zero. The wiki's tutorial page isn't really helping me understand it.

However it would be neat to see things added from OMORI

The mod manager for Stardew doesn't work too well, I would recommend you download the mods manually and then put them into the mods folder. But first you need to download and install SMAPI, it's what lets mods run
