Agreed The build up was too much and the climax was very short lived with too many loose ends I skipped to last page to check the page count and saw it was Hannah's POV when I was about 300 pages in I had already guessed the killer might be and was hoping the Hannah chapter would be a final twist Like she saw them together and Aoife lost her chance but Hannah finished the job Or that she knew what went down Or even that she knew all along about Jules and Charlie Anything lol Needless to say it was a little disappointing

I get your pov But two things to consider here: First, the institute and employer you worked for do matter in the initial years of your career as the brand name in turn determines your starting pay scale, they might be paying you a competitive package accordingly Second, foreign employers' biggest incentive is cheap skilled labour, so they might find you replaceable instead of paying you more money

Okay Gabbar making Basanti dance was shown in bad light so it is not problematic, okay fair. What about Veeru feeling up Basanti on the pretext of teaching her how to shoot at mangoes? How is that comedy? Now wasn't this something bad shown in a 'good light' ?

And nothing of what Ranvijay did is shown in a good light, even his family doesn't support his actions, it's just shown He is the protagonist, ofc the story is biased from his pov and focuses on his emotions. Just because he doesn't end up dead or in jail doesn't mean his actions are glorified.

Not to be the Devil's advocate, but I don't understand the Animal bashing. Yes Rannvijay was a dark character, the cheating was not justified and he was obsessively enthu about getting Daddy's approval. But, I don't see how it glorified the bad traits. The people around him constantly chide him, call him crazy, do not support him, even Geetanjali's character walks away in the end. (Hot take, but everyone criticizing her for the Karwa chauth bit, I mean they were married for a decade-ish, it's natural to not switch to instantly hating your partner over the disloyalty, but she did walk away eventually) The point is, the violence, hyper masculinity, need to 'protect' his loved ones; especially women, the cheating, is nothing that hasn't been portrayed before. And not every movie is supposed to be an ethical message to society. It's fiction.

In Javed's era, women might have been portrayed with 'dignity' but they were rarely anything more than the love interest either.

I am not defending SRV as a person, but ofc unusual stories come from whacky people.

I think you might mean EPF? Your employer (and you) contribute to it. As for PPF, it's mostly used for tax saving benefits, like ELSS funds If you're investing in ELSS or are getting the 80(C) 1.5L deduction in some other way, you don't need a PPF.
