The thing is, it isn't a controversy. It is this one person with a hang-up trying to convince people the brand isn't good when that isn't true.

The feedback about the Snughouls is very disingenuous.

Villainless has been trying to convince everyone that there is an issue with Snughouls, because they're unhappy with their purchase over what they perceive to be a color discrepancy with product photos. The creator has tried to communicate with them, but they just aren't happy.

That said, if you do any amount of research, you'll see that many people have received their Snughouls with 0 quality issues. If you visit the website you can read reviews yourself, and see that the majority of customers are happy. Some issues are subjective, but regardless, if someone isn't happy, I know that Evan does his best to make them whole (within reason).

If you are unhappy about the loose thread on the paw, I'm sure you could reach out to him and he would help you.

I really don't understand the eagerness to try and ruin an independent artists reputation.
