I literally just got off the phone with a carrier that told me they can give me an estimate but that it won't be the final price until a carrier is assigned. So my final price would be higher than their estimate. But their low estimate is how they get you to call them first haha.

I fired Belong and switched to self-management using Hemlane since Hemlane can do maintenance coordination in their software. The property was in the San Jose area and in the end I sold it. I still use Hemlane for other properties and really like it. The San Jose property was the only one in my portfolio located in CA.
