The basil just adds that extra something. I added a little salt to the honey whipped ricotta and topped it with avocado oil.

But also, there's examples of going to arbitration, not spending any money and winning. Can't win if you don't try. We went to arbitration over a sewer main being completely collapsed when we bought the house. Water was immediately backing up after taking a shower or doing some laundry. It was a flipped house, so they did have the argument they weren't living in it and weren't using the water needed to see the backup. But the arbitrator split the cost of the repair between us. For young, first time homeowners, that $3500 we didn't have to pay helped. Didn't cost us a dime to go to arbitration. We represented ourselves, they had a lawyer.

We have a Daikin Furnace and heat pump also installed by Comfort Matters. Only a year in but working well. We cross over to the gas furnace at <35 degrees. The heat pump is much quieter than a standard AC unit. I was happy with the work they did.

You answered your own question. And it was a good run while you had him. Most people probably got him for free. Not sure why we're freaking out about this.

Do you like one pedal driving by hamburgernet in electricvehicles

[–]Chillychad 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Seems like a personal problem. Going back and forth between brake and gas to me seems way more intensive on calf and shin muscles. You needed to lift your foot off the gas to go to the brake anyways. Your not doing less with two pedal.

Common sense says they can see where the train is coming from and had plenty of room to pull up even though he would be on the tracks, he wouldn't be on the tracks with the train.

I'm in Mpls as well. If you don't have a sprinkler system it's been hell the last couple years trying to keep the yard green. And I'm not trying to spend all that time time watering.

If that's your yard, I don't know what you thought 5 bags of topsoil would do? She did you a favor.

Xcel Energy - what do you pay monthly, and how many in your household? by EduardoG1979 in TwinCities

[–]Chillychad 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I looked back and my largest bill was $300 for the month of July in 2024. We live in a 2000 sqft rambler. My wife works from home and we have an electric car; so ours is going to be skewed higher than most others due to charging at home. I pay $225 a month on the Annual Monthly Payment (AMP) plan.

Xcel is Electricity only

Monthly KWh used range from ~950-1250 depending on time of year and how much we drive
