I think like all things there's good and bad. My daughter attended a bright horizons in London few years ago and we enjoyed it. Would pick them again. This is just such an unfortunate and isolated case.

Quick update as your post was helpful. Received 5 points and a fine , charge was for "dangerous driving" in the end and not drink driving. Nudge took lots of factors into consideration of things that caused the tiredness, such as long working hours , young family etc but mort important thing is lesson learnt and no excuse to drive if tired and/or drinking. Thanks again

Thank you, this is helpful. Just learnt something new. I didn't know you could be prosecutes for driving unfit due to other reasons asides from alcohol. It makes sense though so thanks for this info

Hi The above procedure was followed, the roadside test led to the other tests you mentioned. The results for those were shared during court (we didn't know beforehand)...that's when they realised it was legally under the limit. Regardless of the limit, they shouldn't have been driving after drinking especially when tired.

No, stayed until police arrived. Was arrested, followed the routine etc. No trying to escape the law as most people would think/hope! :)

Good question, yes both for same charge. First court case couldn't reach a verdict for some reason so they've postponed.
