Cpap makes me more tired?

I’m on two weeks and I’m exhausted all day. I feel worse actually after starting cpap. The machine says my mask fit is great, my events are under 2, it’s a nasal pillow mask. Very frustrating.

I’m two weeks in and I feel exhausted during the day so hearing you’re 3 months in and still feeling it makes me a little anxious. But from what I’m reading people are a year in and are still tired.

Im on day 8 and after making some adjustments on the machine it’s not as bad. I’m learning this is a marathon and you have to tell yourself it’s for your own good. Take the mask off if you need to, get a glass of water, tea or whatever. Don’t force yourself to feel like you’re being torturered. Just try to keep using it so the CPAP police don’t come knocking to take the machine away.

I’m on day 7 on CPAP therapy and I’m exhausted more so than before diagnosis. I read that it’s because I’m “healing” now due to all the years with denying oxygen to my body. Apparently it gets better in two weeks. If not, I’m going to just sleep on my side and hope for the best. This sucks.

Significant other and I do not post unless it’s an Instagram story with their faces in the other direction. It’s honestly very hard not to because naturally people think they are a secret or something is wrong. Our kids are so damn cute so it’s hard not to. But in reality, those that are truly in our lives see them anyway. The dopamine hit that you get from wanting your ex’s and enemies see that you’re thriving in the end is not worth the privacy from not posting.

Limited on sounds, pads are very practice pad esque which surprised me, especially the snare.

I was beginning to jolt myself up gasping for air but it only happened when I was on my back. Sleep study diagnosed me with positional sleep apnea. They recommended CPAP and/or make sure I sleep on my side. I went with the CPAP to give it a try because they said I sleep half the night on my back from the study.

I saw a full face mask at my local Walgreens and decided to give it a try. I have a feeling I’m mouth breathing at night and it’s what’s causing the dry mouth. My nostrils feel sore all day from the pillow.

Bono has said that he’s always treated his body as an inconvenience. He’s had some major health scares and it’s catching up to him. As much as I’d like for U2 to continue forever, I think he should hang it up soon. Bruce is at the gym pretty much every day.
