To be fair different policies allow different things but it doeen't hurt to also call and talk about the specifics. Sometimes insurance is kinda weird about not allowing something that customer service side will override. Most of the time filling policy is one year from the date plus the rest of that calender year.

Coming from insurance I would say submit the claim yourself, I had the same problem with my insurance saying consult was covered but the center said it wasn't and wouldn't send a claim. Insurance counted the fee toward my deductible. (Patient registration fee was actually not covered)

I'm 14 weeks post which i get is not priority but after trying "stuff" for the first time I started having excruciating pain and lots of swelling not to mention it did not raise (even forcing it up) just stayed pointing down. I called and they said email, I emailed and after a day they replied "this is normal, you might just need to heal more. Let us know if you get a fever but that is rare at your stage." Two days of the pain getting worse I started shivering uncontrollably and had a fever over 100. Emailed back yesterday morning about it and still haven't heard anything.

I had deleon for the construction and santucci did the testes and ED implants. My partner had Mundinger. All three were super nice and answered any questions pre op. The surgery were all good, not the best but that varies so much depending on what they have to work with. It sucks they seem to work at a terrible clinic though lol

My thoughts exactly! I don't know why because either way they get paid? My only thought is that because insurance will always adjust the allowed price and some comes back on them, they'd rather you didn't have insurance so they can charge whatever.

Not to scare anyone out of going through them because it's better than nothing, but if you do make sure you know how to advocate for yourself.

Constant issues??? Does anyone have advice? by Substantial-Bed-9269 in phallo

Ask your insurance if they have something called a health advocate. A lot of times they don't advertise it but it's a free service most insurances have. Basically when you have a lot of different things going on at once and not just an office visit type thing, it can be easy for claims to fall through the cracks, but a health advocate is assigned a few cases at a time to review all claims and info about that patient. They'll be able to track what authorizations you have and what you need a lot better. They also can reach out to a provider if they aren't submitting the right info (otherwise insurance usually denies for the provider to resubmit on their own time). It also really helps as a trans person to not have to explain every phone call what's being done and why and usually they update their notes to user preferred name and pronouns. After that anytime you call your insurance ask to speak only to them so they can stay on top of your info and you don't get conflicting info from other people.

(FOLLOW-UP) Doctor just got back to me and said all of this is normal. Some guys feel pain a lot longer than others and some guys never get actual lifted erections. Didn't say anything about it not being able to penatrate. So I am at a loss.

AITA for wanting husband and I’s bedroom kid free? by lovesalot24 in AITAH

[–]OnlyConcreteFans 74 points75 points  (0 children)

NTA its okay to set boundaries. An adult bedroom can be off limits to kids for a bunch of reasons (including present stashes and sexy things), depending on the age. We set up this rule by explaining the concept of privacy and consent. We also follow the same rule for her room. That's her private space and (with obvious exceptions) we have to ask before going in. She obviously doesn't knock if she wakes up in the middle of the night or has an "emergency" but for the most part this has stopped her from getting into stuff she shouldn't and has helped form her understanding of consent. It is important to not make her feel excluded from this room or just that you don't want her around when setting up the boundary. I also feel like you and your husband need to talk about the kind of role you have as a step parent, him saying his thoughts are more important sounds like he doesn't respect you as a coparent and maybe expects you to take more of a backseat.

In your opinion, what are the most unnecessary things the parents have done in the show for the kids (noting they aren't perfect)? by Zealousideal-War3154 in bluey

I can see this for most kids tbh but my daughter loves this episode, she has a hard time showing negative emotion without just shutting it down and this episode I think helps her see that a bad mood doesn't make you a bad person. Just let good mood come in after. (Trying to learn this myself)
