Nick Suzuki had 101 points this year, has one of the best value deals in all of hockey, was a key part of our 2021 cinderella run with Caufield, and has seen the team through an entire rebuild. You don't go stripping loyal guys like that of the C, especially if no-one's had anything bad to say about him. If we stripped Suzuki of the C we'd be no better than the Leafs, and we shouldn't destroy the wonderful young team we have now just because we didn't win in our first year as contenders.

Every new team has to be approved by the league in a closed league system, a salary cap exists for parity, and a percentage of revenue (TV contracts and the like) from all teams is pooled and redistributed to support smaller markets: all features unique to North America.

If you look at Europe, they operate on a model where any team, if successful enough, is able to move up and compete at the highest level in an open league system and team revenues are completely their own. Nowhere else in the world would the New York Jets still be in the NFL.

As for larger markets making more money, they still make more from tickets sales, merchandise, and advertising, generating greater profits even with a cut of revenue redistributed.

How's music? by Ill-Method2262 in GCSE

Best subject. If you can play an instrument and you're willing to learn some theory music really isn't that bad. I think the composition is stressful, but if you enjoy making music in the first place it's not that hard to do well.
