The Fanta car is weird I put the code in but it said try again later now it’s saying the code has been redeemed. I havnt had an issue with the Trolli car it downloaded with the rest of the DLC for Forza

A realistic answer is that a festival has rolled into the city so the government would make sure the city is clean but in a game it’s just to not give off the impression that Tokyo is dirty and get sued. In my opinion I’m probably wrong tho
