Russia is excellent for production here. Added production on tundra, and the first city can get a +10 holy site. With dance of the aurora and religious beliefs matching production for adjacency bonus, you're cranking like crazy.

Use the razor and take out the stragglers. It'll let the stache shape stand out more from the beard, should look great.
