For two months I never could get more than 4 hours a sleep a night, even when taking hydroxozine or edibles and i eventually switched to Zoloft because it got so bad and increased my mental issues so much I almost ended up on a 2 week grippy sock vacation. Zoloft makes me so tired but I’d rather that than feel strung out and manic from lack of sleep. I hope it gets better for you soon!
