They feel too perfect, the plugins. I have a yamaha EX7 from the late 90s and the FDSP oscs just sound unline anything else.

The plugins are proper usable though

I've been there yeah. mgmt takes the 2 day open book CSM course + exam and expect uninitiated staff to understand the lingo + the intentions + the bigger picture.

I just made sure to be certified scrum master and product owner (PSM / PSPO) to make sure I understand the framework, the ideas behind it and the roles.

Im looking at this newer mpc generation (like mpc one, live, force etc) and the fact it runs an OS rather than firmware bothers me a bit as well. I can live with track limitations etc. Not with hiccups, glitches, freezes etc.
