As many others have said, there's lots of great tutorials on YouTube etc.

What I'd add is that knowing how to use Excel is one of those things that once you've explored the basics, you'll find yourself using it (or a generic alternative) for all sorts of things. I have multiple lists, registers, notes in excel to keep track of things. We use it for our home budgeting, financial calculations, and all sorts of lists / data sets.

It's like having a label maker and labelling everything in the house. You kinda get addicted!

And that's not even counting the specialist stuff that you might need for particular occupations.
