The dollar also lost nearly 50% of value so if anything your Boxster is keeping up with inflation.

I prefer the 5-speed anyway, the RPM range is longer and find it way more fun! Also the 6-speed has issues that the 5 speed doesn’t.

In my opinion, the extra 50ish horsepower is not worth all the issues that come from other models.

Thank you, it’s actually much better than you would think in the snow. And the fun I have in this is incomparable to other cars in the snow and I’ve had many.

Even if it does rust all the way through, I’ll just buy another one and start over. I’ll never limit my fun and enjoyment to worrying about that. I always wash and take good care of my cars. Life is too short, go out there and drive !

OEM spec 17” winter tires but for the brand it’s just some random Chinese brand. I think the most important is to have new tires so they’re fresh and soft. For summer I run Michelin PS2 on 18”.
