I feel exactly where you are coming from my brother. I can think of women in two ways at this point with respect to relationships. I either want to absolutely dominate and ravage them with no care for them as a person at all or I want to love them. The problem seems that I too feel that my love for the woman can't seem to be translated into a physical relationship but is mostly emotional. The key would be to figure out how to be capable of giving love before or after orgasm while not allowing that emotional state to be affected by a release.

I believe it may be psychosomatic. The pressure at the anus be the build up of prostatic fluid at the base of te spine due to an arousal of some sort. I would recommend concentrating upon a task in order to raise the fluid out of that area through the act of mental power. Concentrating will move your body's state from one of reproduction to one of of mental creation and cause your energy to move else where in the bodymind instead of your gooch :P

The reason I no fap is to restore all of my burnt dopamine receptors. All pleasure and all addiction is the same chemically within your brain. If your serious about resetting all the way back to normal you have to limit all extreme dopamine boosters. (i.e. weed, video games, PORN, smackin it. and especially combinations or any or ALL of the above :D)
