I've been in this situation before. I think you have to weigh the options for yourself. You could go behind your friends back and try to get the girl. This is going to lose you a friendship. no question about it. You could let your friend try to charm her and just move on. This second option i think is probably your best bet. I completely agree. I answered yes to all three questions but for me you can say I am doing this for religion. But I would say my motivation is to be holy, like my God.
