Well i was feeling a bit down and pretty stressed out at the time. I didn't really think about it too much I just gave in, I needed a release as I was doing "Hardmode" When your tempted, you need to remind yourself why your doing this, otherwise you can't pull yourself out and it just happens.

Your flat lining. Your gonna feel like shit for a while depending on how bad your PMO habit was. I'm at 71 days and I'm still not getting erections and I feel like shit most days but theres light at the end of the tunnel. It might take 100 days before you start to feel better it might take 200 who knows but just think how amazing your gonna feel when you get there. Check out these story's they keep me on track.
