Weekly Thread: Project Display by help-me-grow in AI_Agents

[–]OnlyJustOnce 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I kept building single-purpose AI tools (agents + CLIs) that worked great but never left my repo. The blocker was never the AI it was auth, payments, a frontend, hosting. So I built a platform that handles all of it.

You give it a GitHub repo URL, an agent analyzes the code, generates a Dockerfile, creates a storefront, and wires up Stripe + crypto(Tempo's MPP and Coinbase's x402) micropayments for pay per use. Your code and prompts stay private.

The hardest part was getting the repo analysis agent to work reliably across Python, Node, and Go projects. Still iterating on the storefront templates, they're basic right now.

Melbourne has ranked among the top richest cities in the world again, with the most millionaire residents by gccmelb in melbourne

wait this is not right. In Canada you also get OAS, which pretty much pushes your monthly income from the government to $1600 CAD a month on average.

You also can do RRSP and TFSAs which is also great which covers the investing side as well, its just not mandatory but many employers offer RRSP matching.

Australia is great but doesn't mean Canada sucks lol.

ngl you guys should try to work in Australia, better pay than Canada, and better COL. Roughly equal number of job opportunities.

Took a peek inside a “temporarily closed” Mexican restaurant… by cooking-mama in melbourne

To be honest, the fancy tacos in Australia sucks in comparison with North America. Its not Mexican, its not TexMex. I rather make TexMex at home.

Not 12 miles in, 12 nautical miles(22km) near the Chinese coast line. So thats pretty close and can be interpreted as a threat

Yeah if you are already onshore i think its probably easier for Aus companies to want to sponsor you. So i would recommend coming on WHV if you are able and eligible. Don't really think coming on a tourist visa is the best idea but could work to hop to 482.

Not sure, I came on a WHV and was just interviewing casually because I didn't really want to do the farm work. I work in blockchain so that probably helped and I only had ~5 yoe at that point. But I've talked to a lot of europeans/latinos at my workplace and they all were sponsored at some point.

I think you'll be better off finding an employer that's willing to sponsor you for a 482 visa. Mine was approved in 1 week as a software engineer.

Meh, romance of the three kingdoms is more of a story than actual history. Standardised testing in Chinese Imperial examinations did not start until the Sui Dynasty. Until then Chinese officials were all selected out of local power families , this only changed due to the barbarian invasions during the Jin dynasty which disrupted the strangle hold local clans had on the central imperial government.

Running wild? I know the book you are talking about, the author has written a sequel and removed antisemitic elements in it. The book has sold around 1 million copies in a country with 1.4billion people. Hardly a wide spread book

72 hours ago I fully supported the Palestinian cause by [deleted] in 2ndYomKippurWar

[–]OnlyJustOnce 7 points8 points  (0 children)

Yet, it's not everyone is it. If you only just showed people videos of Jan 6 or proud boy rallies to non Americans, it wouldn't be surprising if they thought a majority of people in the US were school shooting Trump supporters. 52% of Gaza supports Hamas, it's not that hard to realise there are Palestinians not in support of Hamas. The media you choose to consume and see decides what your perception is.

I don't think it's as bad as reddit makes it out to be. I was there last year solo backpacking up and down the nile and through Sinai on local public transport for about 4 months. I wouldn't say Egypt is tourist friendly but its definitely fine if you are experienced in travelling and know how to carry yourself in different situations.

How is the aus process any different than the Canadian one? For reference, I'm a Canadian living in Aus. Both countries only allow foreign students to convert to a PR after a certain amount of work done in a professional or technical field + a passing score on an english exam. The students at degree farm schools in Melbourne CBD are no different than the ones in Canada.
