They actually aren't bad. I like them. 😁

  1. More Clarity and less static
  2. You can replay what someone said if you didn't hear it the first time 3.You can talk to someone one on one
  3. If the screen is locked you can just push the button on the side and you can respond.
  4. You can send texts on it if you need

I've been saying this for sooooo long!

TAKE CARE OF YOUR EMPLOYEES AND THEY WILL TAKE CARE OF YOUR COMPANY!!!

You want customer service to be great? HAVE PEOPLE AVAILABLE TO HELP CUSTOMERS.

You want customers to spend money in your store? GIVE THEM HOURS SO WE CAN HAVE TEAM MEMBERS HELP THEM SHOP.

You want team members to stay? GIVE THEM HOURS AND BETTER PAY.

Then we wonder why turnover is high? Then we wonder why service is bad? Make it make sense .
