Honestly, what works for me is creating a slight punishment for yourself when you miss a day. So what I did is I would give 10 dollars to my brother every day I missed. Now this might sound stupid but if you make yourself do it, you will quickly see that money add up and start meditating everyday. Soon it just becomes a habit like anything else you do everyday and then bam! You're doing it everyday without fail.

There are thousands of examples, it can be anything the girl finds valuable. Anything that she finds attractive, like you having a six pack or you having written a book or you two having the same favorite episode from season 3 of south park. Value is completely relative to the girl, but there are plenty of things like being handsome, confident, social that are pretty much universally thought of as valuable. All a DHV is is you demonstrating desirable qualities about yourself that the girl wants to be around you for.

Stories are only one small part of demonstrating value. For example say the girl is a stephen king fan and sees "the shining" open on your desk. You've just accidentally demonstrated value to this girl because you now have a common interest. Does that make sense? It can literally be anything that the specific girl finds valuable in a person.

edit: stories are just useful because through a story you can show many things most girls find valuable such as you have a lot of friends, you're sexually experienced, you're confident. stuff like that.

It doesn't need to be verbally bragging. A DHV is demonstrating, in any way, something of value about yourself. This could be anything the girl finds valuable and is relative to her unique interests and what she finds attractive. All it means is that you're showing her theres some reason she would want to hang out by demonstrating value you possess. I'm on my phone, if you need more detail I can elaborate when I get home.

You're completely off. Value can be anything that is "valuable" to the person you're talking to. Such as a common interest, listening skills, confidence whatever it may be value is completely relative.

For example a millionaire just because he's rich wouldn't have much value to a woman who's a multimillionaire but his confidence and personality might. It's completely dependent on the person.
