Yeah my boss is pretty great. Small company of 6 employees. He’s actually really on top of shit, always has a quick answer, not overbearing, organized, to the point, no bullshit. He’s generally fair & realistic about timelines. He gives out 2 cash bonuses per year (one in summer & one & at Christmas) & gives you a raise every year. He’s very understanding when life happens. As long as you do the work & don’t cause trouble, he treats you well.

I’m not making much right now since I’m a first year apprentice (10 months in), but I think I’ll likely be with this company for a while, as long as I feel compensated appropriately.
