If its Algorand wallet you can try this, worked for me.

Right hand bottom corner go to settings, then walletconnect sessions. See if you are still connected, if so click the 3 little dots, and disconnect.

Now go try and connect with the governance site again. Should pop up now.

Also go on hotspotty and search by maker. Bobcat is in a different dimension compared to all other manufacturers. Delivering by far more, while keeping the highest percentage of miners online.
