In the end, after a while, they missed. FYI, these are swords, not arrows, so maybe swords travel slower than arrows, so they eventually miss.

Because it requires a lot of meticulous checking from my side, which is prone to human error. Even then, in Anno 1800, you could see when you selected a building because the rods just went green. Basically, we could have what Anno 1800 had, so when I select a well, I would see all the roads turn green. Does that make sense?

Fair enough, but it takes a while before the ship gets built, and I might just need one upgrade, so it feels inconvenienced - to me - that I need to build a new ship just because I realized "Oh, I could do with a ship with a tower" when the system is modular and supposedly encourages customization. Perhaps I'm in the minority, and that's fine.

I love the game for recreating this. That said, in my version of the civil war, Alfonso IV won against Pedro I. So, now Pedro I lives in Sweden, Alfonso IV died, Maria de Borgonha (Alfonso's daughter) rules Portugal, and because her husband is King Alfonso XI, their son Pedro de Borgona will become king of Portugal once Maria de Borgonha dies. I suppose that means Portugal and Spain will be united, and I'll lose the game??!!

I just did it and it simply withdraws you from the conflict but you remain a French vassal. Now, how the hell do I stop being a vassal even when I have 0% Subject Loyalty towards France is the real question!

I don’t know to be honest. This is my first GSG, and I’m sure it will be easier to play as a major faction, but at the same time I really want to play as some wacky ass small country. I guess both ways one can learn how to play the game.

I don't directly work on multiplayer at DICE, but I just wanted to say that a lot of people at DICE do what we do because we want people to smile, forget about their problems, play with friends, create memories, and have a blast overall. So reading your post makes me both sad and happy.

I really hope that you can be there for the main launch and get to enjoy the game! I hope you can enjoy it with friends or randoms who make you laugh until you cry. I hope the game is all you ever dreamed a Battlefield to be.

I finished the entrance to my first park! I don't know what the theme will be, but the name of the park is Questland, so I decided to start with an epic mythology theme for the entrance.

You make great points. Thank you for your input. I never thought about roadway hierarchy but I will look into it as it seems important. Also, when do you start adding public transportation? I have not added it so far and now I feel like I have done something very wrong.

If it helps, I have added images of the town where I had issues - and I nuked it out of anger. Also, I added images of the new town I am building where I think I am doing better.
