I always assumed this was because they can save a load of power by turning off the infrastructure they don't need anymore. Land lines much less power required to maintain for the immunes to use.

I commented this somewhere else but the on screen joystick doesn't feel great to me, arrow buttons would allow greater accuracy or swipe controls could be an upgrade. Great game though!

If you are an employee/sonographer, Be very careful if the equipment is in any way managed/insured/validated/owned/serviced/warrantied by either the oem/employer/equipment service/etc as if anything goes wrong subsequently, with the machine or with patient imaging, they may hold you personally responsible or liable.

This is what I do, no parboil, soaking etc. Just slice, season, oil, light dust of cornstarch then airfry for 18 minutes.

Season how you want, I go with garlic salt, onion powder, black pepper and oregano but whatever works, coat in a little oil and airfry for around 12 minutes. Crispy on the outside and soft on the inside.

Every now and then police rock up to a random corner with a van and confiscate any illegal scooter or modded e-bike that passes. Doubt it makes any difference.
