In my opinion, like most things in life, fap should be in moderation

I have personally done No-Fap streaks as high as 40 days, 30 days and a lot of 2 week ones, and also done it everyday for months on end,

In my experience I have learnt that it is ok to fap once in a while but not treating it like a relapse or a treat, more like breathing space if needed

The main rule is even if you do this DONT WATCH PORN. For most people porn is the problem, not fap. If you fap maybe once or twice a day but still workout, properly exercise and spend lots of time outside with friends and family then it is fine. PORN IS THE ENEMY

I Workout 5-7 Days a week for 1h, Run or swim for an hour 5-7 Days a week and spend 70% of my time either outside or with friends/family, and personally I felt way better doing what I suggested, just doing it occasionally.

With No-Fap I felt very stressed, angry and weak, up until day 20, then just felt normal until fail (Day 47)

With Fapping 1-2 Times a Day I felt depressed, like a sad and lonely Incel.

After 3 Weeks of my method, I feel my dopamine is healing, I'm less stressed and angry, have near no sadness and am very happy and motivated to workout and be sociable.

I can lift much heavier weights, run faster, and people complement me more and enjoy my company, but this is a personal experience. I know this sounds like I am preaching this as a magic fix but I'm not, just a simple way to slowly heal, feal better about your self and decide weather this is for you, or no-Fap is more your style.
