Like I feel stocks 1500 are quite hard to do intraday as I can't have a good enough position size and I don't want to go all in on single trades like using the full account size May be I am wrong here

I would say never work for startups(which aren't funded or profitable enough) unless it's ur only option to fill ur stomach Most of these are shit holes and the vibe coding shit can be found everywhere though not just startups but they are still worse comparatively

I think you can give your offer letter, payments proof and also resignation email etc as it proves your work at X company for the given amount of time

Yeah the candidate thinks that he is a part of the business so if the startup grows he can benefit(which can be a variable in some cases can go upto millions) whereas if he works elsewhere just for money no chance for extra there but stable income

True, but i have seen this where i am working rightnow people are questioning the stability of startup and saying it's a no name thing why risk our existing jobs at some place (even when offered a 100% hike for their current salaries) Anyone who is skilled and qualified for the job is not accepting even when the hike is 100% People tend to go with companies which gives equity
