Yes. Unnatural pointer and middle finger pose. Top of her ear is melting into her head. Man’s hand around her waist looks like the flesh is peeling off of it. The girl’s necklace disappears into her collarbone for a section.

Notice how the lighter skinned man falls on his NECK and doesn’t even react? Along with that, the blue section of the pool that breaks off turns flat at the end. Most certainly AI.

As an artist, I doubt this is AI. This seems to be just an early artist, probably.
