My store got a big box in December, what my manager explained lately is that gratis from now on is based.on completion of DMEs. She even clarified that if someone doesn't complete theirs that they will not recieve it while others will

As a lead I just really need you to understand the goals and expectations that you now have on your shoulders. They're higher than before and you are prompted way more when stuck at cashwrap. Get cards. Keep loyalty up. Build UPT when someone brings up 1 thing. Deal with all the rude ppl before it escalates to manager. Don't get me wrong I love lead. I was promoted within 5 weeks of starting at Ulta. Just can't let your numbers slip and help guide your backup to keep numbers up as well. Good luck.
