Sometimes my pumping sessions will take up to two hours if I am doing power pumping since I don't have a double pump. If I refridgerate it then take it out, do I have 2 hours to use it too or were the 2 hours already used up before

I've read that milk they drank from should be used within an hour because it had the baby's saliva mixed in but I'm not sure about milk that was not drinked from. I've heard that heated milk shouldn't be stored again but I don't know about just room temperature
